Message bottom of the lower arm and is critical to caster settings. It sounds like you already checked the easy stuff. So if it were my car, I would next find a way to validate the dimensions of the suspension pickup points on the subframe AND the unibody. The FSM has an exhaustive list of chassis locating points. A good frame shop with a laser-based table is the best way to determine where the suspension locating points fail to meet factory specs. They will also know to not just focus on the front end. An out of spec dimension on the rear, could be compensated by additional caster on the front; but the problem would still needed to be addressed in the the vehicle's rear suspension geometry. Not saying the problem is in the rear, but do not limit the trouble shooting to just the front end geometries.
